We have an online booking page. All you have to do is enter your full name, address, number of rooms and the date of the service you would like. One click and you will get a quote in less than 60 seconds.
No, our pricing does not include any tips or gratuity. You are given the price minus gratuities on our online booking page.
We defintiely offer discounts for regular cleanings, based on the length of your service. We offer discounts for weekly, biweekly, and triweekly service.
Your card will only be charged when your cleaning crew conducts a walkthrough and performs the following tasks. This is to verify that the size and condition of your home matches what you submitted in your online order. Once this information is verified, you will get a receipt via email for taking care of business-note that while they are verifying this information, they might place a temporary hold on it to make sure it’s valid (i.e., not fraudulent). The amount which may have been temporarily placed on the credit/debit account falls off within 24 hours after verification was completed so don’t worry about cancelling too early!
We accept most online payments. We are a credit card and as such accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept PayPal.
While we do not provide refunds, we want to provide you with the best cleaning experience possible. If for any reason you are unhappy, we’ll do everything in our power to make things right. That’s our promise to you!

Maid Life is a company that uses green and traditional cleaning products. We prefer to use traditional products in bathrooms as that is the best way of disinfecting surfaces, but we also use some green products for customers who want them. For those with chemical sensitivities, just let us know and we can accommodate your needs!
Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, all of our cleaners are NOT allowed to move or lift any furniture.
