Consultation

The first step in working with you is to understand your needs and goals for your property by setting up a consultation. This also provides the opportunity to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding short term rentals and exactly how our services work.

Property Inspection

For each property we inspect, our interior design, furniture, and kitchenware-focused team will take into account the property's unique needs, and provide specific recommendations. Those recommendations will be for all the guest amenities needed before the property is rented.

Interior Design

Home staging is the process of making your place stand out. From cleaning and painting to rearranging furniture, there are a lot of little details that can be tweaked in order to make your home Airbnb ready.

Key Exchange

After collecting the keys, we will create a digital guidebook of essential information for guests, such as location and access of nearby amenities, and any other important details.

Listing Optimization

We'll take a deep dive into the property and create different marketing strategies to optimize listings. We will monitor the listings and provide access to owners for their data and revenue tools.

Pricing Optimization

We're always looking for ways to make sure we're competitive and maximizing our income potential. In order to stay on top of trends, we constantly monitor the market and individual property performance.

Guest Communication

During your customers' travels, it is critical that they are able to communicate with a the host. We pride ourselves on being a company that is able to handle all incoming messages. Our reservations team is available 24/7 to answer any inquiries guests may have.

Check-In & Check-Out

We take requests, coordinate check-in times, and check in on our guests' stay while they are on location. We give your guests a seamless and hospitable experience from start to finish. We require all guests to provide a government issued ID when booking. We take security and privacy very serious.

Payments & Deposits

We make it easy for guests to pay you online. When guests book reservations on platforms that don’t have payment processing, we collect the payment directly from the guest.

Professional Cleaning

You'll always have your home to come back to when you rent with us. Your home will be well-maintained and cleaned, no matter the frequency of your rentals. We are dedicated to ensuring your home is upkept throughout each reservation.

Essential Restocking

Guests always need more supplies, and we're here to save you the trouble. Patrons will have all the necessities (toiletries, dish soap, detergent, etc.) they will need. Restocking of cleaning supplies and guest amenities is included with the service. No more worrying about running out of the essentials.

Maintenance

We work closely with our selected maintenance professionals to keep your property in it's best condition. We do minor maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.

We charge 20% of the total cost per night, and you get the rest. We deposit the money into your preferred method of payment.
